MSC's
The Port of Holyhead issues Marine Safety and information Circulars (MSC's) on matters which do not warrant Local Notices to Mariners (LNTM's) or which supplement LNTM's, Navigation and Safety Guidelines Pilotage Directions. MSC's are issued to Marine Officers, Pilots and Pilot Exemption Certificate (PEC) Holders and any other relevant port users.
